Brent Parrish
Brent Parrish graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration. After graduation, he immediately began work in the medical billing field. Brent gained experience in several vantage points of the industry, including managing on-site hospital software implementation, system conversions, upper-management training, marketing, and sales.

He worked for a competitor of ParrishShaw handling marketing and receivables up until 2002, when he suddenly showed his uncanny good taste, and started work with us.

He currently resides in North Carolina where he can be found in any local Starbucks, dumbbell in one hand, cell phone in the other.

Julie Shaw
Julie Shaw began working in the medical billing industry in 1983 as a Claims Examiner, reviewing claims and determining eligibility. She later became involved in marketing, and began traveling to review hospitals' bad debts and perform an audit service, reviewing potential appeals.

Julie started Baker and Shaw in 1992 which specialized in the recovery of denied insurance claims for healthcare providers. In 2003, the company name was changed to "ParrishShaw," and it continues in the same vein today.

Currently, Julie resides in Texas, though actually catching her there is a difficult feat. In actuality she can be found wandering Northeastern states most days of the year, where all hotel employees know her on a first name basis.

Derek Shaw
Derek Shaw graduated from University of Houston in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance. Since his graduation, he has worked tirelessly at applying advanced business theory to the ParrishShaw corporate model. When not ensconced behind Himalyan stacks of paper at his desk, he can be found at the gym, playing softball, and taking his cat "Sky" to her weekly psychotherapy appointments.
