Recovery of Unpaid Interest and Penalties
ParrishShaw will review your paid accounts to insure that all contract provisions and state prompt payment statutes governing timely processing and payments have been adhered to. When a discrepancy is found, we will calculate the interest and penalties due based on each contract. We will then notify and bill the insurance carrier and follow up with them until the Provider has been appropriately and completely compensated for their services.
